Ticket are sold in lots. Each lot will be sold til the
last posted date of the lot sale or til we run out of
tickets for that lot. Each lot has a limited number of
tickets. Once they are sold out the next price tier/lot takes
effect. All Tickets are General Admission unless otherwise noted.

Terms & Conditions: 

All ticket purchases are subject to a Shipping & Handling fee per ticket.
You must be 21 and over to attend this event.  You must have Photo ID to enter. 
You must have a ticket to enter the party. 

Tickets will be delivered to you before the party.  We have done this to make sure that you get your tickets on time and not have to wait in line the night of the event.
All tickets will be delivered by USPS, the official shipping agent for NYE411.com and the Broad Street Bash. We track all ticket deliveries to assure they arrive at the address you have provided. Once you have received the tickets you are responsible for them.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Tickets purchased after 12/24 are will call tickets and can be picked up the night of the party at the Will Call Desk. The will call desk will be located to the side of the entrance of the party.

All ticket returns are subject to a $25 fee per ticket.  Refunds are not available after 
12/15.  You may transfer your tickets free of charge without penalty at any time.
